Return Policy

In-store credit will be issued for original, undamaged items returned within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Defective artwork/jewelry may be exchanged or repaired at no charge within one year of purchase date with the authorization of BNOX Gold & Iron ownership.  

Guarantee

BNOX Gold & Iron stands behind the quality of our artwork and our artists. We recommend having jewelry with stones inspected every six months. Inspection and cleaning of jewelry purchased at BNOX Gold & Iron is complimentary.  We will tighten settings on jewelry purchased from our gallery at no charge for one year from purchase date.
